Unfortunately, it is currently closed, but when it is open, visitors can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and traditional British pub fare. The building itself dates back to the 14th century and is full of character and charm. Bathampton is a lovely village situated just a few miles outside of the city of Bath, making it a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being within easy reach of all the attractions. Visitors to the area can enjoy scenic walks along the nearby Kennet and Avon Canal, explore the beautiful countryside, or take a short drive into Bath to see the Roman Baths, the Royal Crescent, and other historic landmarks.
