The Pheasant Inn Pub and Restaurant is a charming traditional country pub located on Wookey Wells Road in the picturesque village of Wookey, Wells, Somerset, postcode BA5 1LQ. It offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with traditional décor and a cozy fireplace. As a family-run establishment since 1985, the pub prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients to create home-cooked meals that accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-intolerant customers. The pub offers two real ale hand pulls, a wide selection of lagers, ciders from local brewers like Thatchers, and a well-stocked gin bar. It is also a known motorhome stopover site and welcomes visitors with motorhomes free of charge, often with the condition that customers support the business with a purchase. The pub is run by new landlords Lee & Lucy as of November 2024.
