The pub showcases horse-related memorabilia and is situated opposite the medieval parish church of St. Botolph, a charming 13th-14th century flint and brick building with a thatch roof. It features a characterful interior with distinct drinking and dining areas, and has approximately 4 acres of land where events can be held.
The pub is ideally positioned on the A146 between Lowestoft (5 miles) and Beccles (3 miles), close to the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads and various scenic footpaths and cycle routes.
