Its origins date back to the 18th century, offering a blend of traditional heritage and modern culinary flair. Owned and passionately managed by Pasquale Benedetto, the pub features a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with relaxed as well as formal dining areas, a large garden, and a private meadow for events. The kitchen, led by Chef Carl Dempster, serves a modern British menu featuring seasonal dishes alongside classic pub favorites, with many dishes considered 1AA Rosette worthy.[2][4][6]
