The Exmoor White Horse Inn is a beautiful privately owned 16th century coaching inn full of character, located in the heart of Exmoor National Park beside the River Exe in Exford, Somerset (postcode TA24 7PY). This historic inn features oak beams, log fires, and a cosy atmosphere, making it a special place to enjoy year-round. It offers 28 sumptuous en suite bedrooms with modern amenities like TV, direct dial telephones, and tea and coffee makers. The inn is known for its warm welcome, attentive service, and use of high-quality local produce in its food and drink offerings.
Opening Times ⏰
- Bar Food & Drinks: 12 noon – 8:45pm daily (7 days a week)
- Restaurant: 6:30pm – 8:45pm nightly
- Sunday Carvery: Restaurant from 12:30pm – 2pm; Bar on Sunday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 9pm
Reservations are advised due to limited tables. Takeaway food is available seven days a week during opening hours.
