Set in a beautiful Grade II listed building dating back to the early 19th century, it offers a classic English pub experience with exposed beams, a big central inglenook fireplace, and a welcoming atmosphere. The pub has been family-run for over 38 years and serves as a much-loved independent freehouse. Guests can also find self-contained accommodation to base their Suffolk countryside explorations.
The pub features a large beer garden with a children’s play area, making it friendly for families and groups. It is popular for celebrations and events with seating capacity for up to 60 guests in the restaurant and over 100 throughout the pub.
